摘要：Este estudo buscou aperfeiçoar a operacionalização do apoio matricial (AM) na atenção básica considerando os princípios da Educação Popular em Saúde. Trata-se de um relato de experiência realizado em uma Unidade Básica de Saúde da Zona da Mata Pernambucana. O estudo configura-se em uma atividade de Educação Permanente realizada durante o AM. O planejamento, organização e execução teve duração de quatro meses. Os resultados apontam que o investimento em uma outra forma de (re)pensar e (re)produzir a saúde, alinhada com os princípios doutrinários do SUS e da Educação Popular em Saúde permitem o fortalecimento do processo de trabalho e, consequentemente, da reunião de AM. Sua efetivação sugere mudanças nas práticas dos profissionais, com a inclusão de ações interdisciplinares e de compartilhamento de saberes, visando a construção coletiva e a horizontalidade. Nessa dinâmica, estão implicados o engajamento dos gestores e profissionais de saúde, que, de maneira compartilhada, contribuem decisivamente para o aperfeiçoamento do apoio matricial na atenção básica.
其他摘要：This study sought to improve the operationalization of matrix support (AM) in primary care considering the principles of Popular Education in Health. This is an experience report carried out in a Basic Health Unit in the Zona da Mata Pernambucana. The study is configured in a Permanent Education activity carried out during matrix support (AM). The planning, organization and execution took four months. The results point out that the investment in another way of (re) thinking and (re) producing health, aligned with the doctrinal principles of SUS and Popular Education in Health, allows the strengthening of the work process and, consequently, of the meeting of AM. Its effectiveness suggests changes in the practices of professionals, with the inclusion of interdisciplinary actions and knowledge sharing, aiming at collective construction and horizontality. In this dynamic, the engagement of health managers and professionals is involved, who, in a shared way, contribute decisively to the improvement of matrix support in primary care
