其他摘要:This research aims to examine needs and survey satisfaction for developing online media and marketing for OTOP products in Thailand by studying OTOP in Nakhon Nayok as a case study. The research was conducted through qualitative and quantitative methods by interviewing and surveying OTOP entrepreneurs and consumers. The finding was that online media and marketing which the Nakorn Nayok OTOP entrepreneurs required was e-commerce website. The website should contain correct and clear information about the OTOP products with information of products’ origins, as well as show the identity, culture, lifestyle, beautiful nature and tourist spots of the province. Moreover, the OTOP entrepreneurs themselves should have knowledge about online marketing, and should emphasize on product’s quality guaranteed by standard quality assurance for building up customers ‘confidence. For the satisfaction assessment of website developing from the collected data, the entrepreneurs satisfied with the website in overall at a high level of satisfaction average at 4.53.
