摘要：การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาและหาคุณภาพระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดเก็บและการสืบค้นฐานข้อมูลวีดิทัศน์ 2) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของอาจารย์ เจ้าหน้าที่ และผู้ใช้ระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดเก็บและการสืบค้นฐานข้อมูลวีดิทัศน์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ นักวิชาการโสตทัศนศึกษา และ อาจารย์และเจ้าหน้าที่ จำนวน 31 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ 1) ระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดเก็บและการสืบค้นฐานข้อมูลวีดิทัศน์ ที่ได้รับการประเมินคุณภาพจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 2) แบบประเมินคุณภาพระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดเก็บและการสืบค้นฐานข้อมูลวีดิทัศน์ สำหรับผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา 3) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดเก็บและการสืบค้นฐานข้อมูลวีดิทัศน์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ร้อยละ และ ค่าเฉลี่ย ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดเก็บและการสืบค้นฐานข้อมูลวีดิทัศน์ ในด้านการออกแบบระบบ มีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับดีมาก ( > 4.44, S.D. = 0.577) และในด้านการใช้งานระบบ ( > 4.45, S.D. = 0.494) 2) ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจจากผู้ใช้งานอยู่ในระดับพึงพอใจมาก ( > 4.30, S.D. = 0.669)

Results of quality assessment by experts Found that the information system for storing and searching the video database In system design The quality is at a very good level ( > 4.44, SD = 0.577) and in terms of system usage ( "> 4.45, SD = 0.494) and the satisfaction assessment results from users are at a satisfactory level.
