摘要：Historically, financial and monetary affairs have been a stronghold of national sovereignty. In this domain, international law is somewhat underdeveloped, 1 if compared to global rules designed to regulate trade or investments. Global financial and monetary systems are mainly structured by legal mechanisms of coordination among countries, rather than by rules defining specific State obligations.
