摘要：صدور بیانیه گام دوم از سوی مقام معظم رهبری، نشان دهنده آغاز عصرجدیدی از حیات انقلاب اسلامی و ترسیم چشم-انداز برای آینده آن در قالب یک منشور مهم برای نسل‌های جدید است. با توجه به اهمیت و جایگاه راهبردی این سند، این پژوهش در پی پاسخ به این سوال اصلی است که دلالت‌های آینده نگرانه بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب چیست؟ یافته های تحقیق بر اساس روش آینده نگارانه مارتالیزلی نشان می دهد که این بیانیه از ویژگی های یک سند راهبردی و گام های هفت گانه آن برخوردار بوده و حاوی ترسیم تصویری مطلوب و چشم انداز روشنی از آینده انقلاب اسلامی است. آینده ای که در آن میزان توفیقات انقلاب اسلامی در هر دو ساحت مادی و معنوی رو به افزایش گذاشته و در عوض دستاورد دشمنان در مقابله با آن، رو به ضعف و کاستی دارد. این چشم‌انداز امیدبخش و خوشبینانه بوده و با نقش محوری جوانان برای حرکت به سوی تحقق تمدن نوین اسلامی شناسانده می شود.
其他摘要：The purpose of this article is to analyze the second step statement based on the
strategic foresight approach. This statement marks the beginning of a new era in
the life of the Islamic Revolution and is about the discourse and outlook for the
future of the Islamic Revolution in the form of a charters by the Supreme
Leader. Thus, given the importance and strategic position of this document, the
research that follows is to answer the question of how can the text and structure
of the second step statement be methodologically analyzed from the perspective
of strategic documents? To answer this question and show the strategic
relevance of the document of the second step of the Islamic Revolution and its
differentiation from other texts, Martialism method is used as one of the most
common methods in the writing of strategic futuristic documents.The data
gathering tool is the extraction of the second step statement and other related
resources. The findings of the research and analysis of the second step statement
based on the seven-stage martial method show that this statement can be
analyzed with this strategic foresight method.The first step of the statement
deals with the process of qualitative and historical research in explaining
revolutionary causes and conditions;Then, with steps such as explaining the
shaping values of the Islamic Revolution, it then goes on to describe the
environment of the second step.Then, by outlining the drivers shaping the future
of the revolution, largely derived from the soft nature of the Islamic Revolution,
it points to a desirable picture and vision of the future, that is the modern Islamic
civilization.The methodological diligence in this statement shows that its
formulation has a logical and rule-bound continuum that distinguishes this
document from other political documents.
