摘要：The clinical ethics forum provides an opportunity for clinicians in the field of human communication disorders to reflect on their experiences while considering the legal and ethical responsibilities of the profession. Each scenario presents a dilemma from the clinician's perspective which is followed by commentary from a lawyer and an ethicist. Issues highlighted include conflicts with team members over treatment decisions, determination of best interest, and distribution of scarce health care resources.
