摘要：La crisis sanitaria acaecida ha implicado efectos desoladores en todos los ámbitos de la sociedad, sin olvidar el horizonte educativo. Con el propósito de evaluar la relevancia de la educación en la cultura social contextualizada en época de pandemia, se ha explorado el comportamiento de las comunidades de Twitter, recopilando y contrastando las percepciones sobre la educación, formal y no formal, llevada a cabo en los hogares, a raíz del confinamiento, durante este periodo de crisis. La investigación obtuvo los tuits que hacían alusión a la temática educativa. Con una base en la teoría fundamentada y a través de una recogida datos que se originan en el Big data, se ha examinadao con técnicas de análisis de contenido. Las principales conclusiones hacen referencia a viejas demandas educativas que se han manifestado como urgentes ante situaciones de estas características. 其他摘要：The health crisis has occurred has brought bleak effects in all areas of society, not to mention the educational horizon. In order to assess the relevance of education in the social culture contextualized in the time of pandemic, the behavior of Twitter's communities has been explored, compiling and contrasting perceptions of education, formal and non-formal, carried out in homes, following confinement, during this period of crisis. The research obtained the tweets that alluded to the educational theme. Based on informed theory and through a collection of data originating in Big Data, it has been examined well with content analysis techniques. The main conclusions refer to old educational demands that have manifested themselves as urgent in situations of this situation. Among others, teacher training, digital competence or the digital divide.
