摘要：Kurumsal Sosyal Sorumluluk, işletmelerin faaliyetleri sırasında çıktılarını, topluma zarar vermeden sağlaması, tüm çevresel aktörleri işletme varlığının bir parçası olarak görmesi ve toplumsal faydayı ön plana almasıdır. Yapılan literatür taramasında Kurumsal Sosyal Sorumluluk ve Çevresel Sürdürülebilirlik arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemek için çalışma gerçekleştirilmediği anlaşılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Sürdürülebilir çevrenin sağlanmasında Kurumsal Sosyal Sorumluluk ilkelerinin önemi ve yerini araştırmaktır. Bu amaçla İstanbul, Kocaeli ve Bursa illerinde bulunan çeşitli işletmelerden 128 personel ile anket yapılmıştır. Anketler, Yapısal Eşitlik Modeli kullanılarak analiz edilmiş ve sonuçlar yorumlanmıştır. Analiz sonuçlarına göre, Kurumsal Sosyal Sorumluluk ve Çevresel Sürdürülebilirlik arasında pozitif ve güçlü bir ilişki çıkmıştır. Bu durumda Kurumsal Sosyal Sorumluluk anlayışına ve yönetim biçimine sahip işletmeler Çevresel Sürdürülebilirliği sağlamada başarılı olmaktadır.
其他摘要：Corporate Social Responsibility is to ensure their output during their activities without harming to the society, to see all environmental actors as a part of their business existence and to prioritize social utility. The aim of this study is to investigate the importance and the place of the Corporate Social Responsibility principles in the provision of a sustainable environment. It has been understood that no study has been conducted to examine the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Sustainability in the literature. For this purpose, a survey was conducted with 128 employees from various companies in the Marmara Region. Surveys were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model and the results were interpreted. According to the results of the analysis, a positive and strong relationship has emerged between Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Sustainability. In this case, companies with a sense of corporate social responsibility and management style succeed in achieving Environmental Sustainability.
