摘要：Tıbbi cihaz satın alımı, kullanılacak en uygun tıbbi cihazın seçimi, sağlık kurumları yöneticileri tarafından verilmesi gereken stratejik ve kritik kararlardan biridir. Bu tür kararların verilmesinde çok farklı yöntemler kullanılmaktadır. Çok kriterli karar verme bunlardan birisidir. Bu çalışmada, bir laboratuvarda kullanılacak tam kan sayım cihazı seçimi problemi ele alınmıştır. Tam kan sayım cihazı hastaların genel sağlık durumlarının tespitinde çok yaygın olarak kullanılan bir cihazdır. Cihaz seçiminde etkili olan kriterler konunun uzmanı kişilerle belirlenip puanlandıktan sonra kriter ağırlıkları SWARA yöntemiyle tespit edilmiştir. WPM, TODIM ve AHS yöntemleri ile de alternatif cihazların değerlendirilmesi yapılarak en uygun tam kan sayımı cihazı belirlenmiştir.
其他摘要：The selection of the most appropriate medical device to be used in the purchase of medical devices is one of the strategic and critical decisions that should be given by the healthcare organizations. Many different methods are used in making such decisions. Multi-criteria decision-making is one of them. In this study, the problem of the selection of a complete blood count device to be used in a laboratory is taken into consideration. The complete blood counting device is widely used in the general health status of patients. The criteria that are effective in the selection of devices are determined by the experts and the scales are determined by the SWARA method. WPM, TODIM and AHP methods were used to evaluate alternative devices and the most suitable whole blood count was determined.
