摘要：Üretim sektöründe geniş kullanım alanı bulan Altı Sigma yöntemi, hizmet sektöründe de son yıllarda başarılı bir şekilde kullanılmaya başlanmıştır. Özellikle bankacılık ve sigortacılık sektörlerinde yaygın kullanıma sahip Altı Sigma yöntemi, sağlık işletmelerinde de hem dünyada hem de ülkemizde kullanılmaya başlanmıştır. Hizmet sektörünün bileşenlerinin ölçümü, üretim sektörlerinde olduğu gibi kolay olmamakla birlikte, yeni yaklaşımlar ile yaşanan zorluklar aşılabilmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, hizmet sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir hastanede iyileştirilmek için belirlenen Altı Sigma projelerinin doğru bir şekilde seçilmesine imkan verecek yöntemleri uygulayabilmek ve sonuçlarını değerlendirmektir. Bu amaçla çalışmanın teorik kısmında, Altı Sigma ve rolleri ile Altı Sigma proje seçiminde yaygın olarak kullanılan yöntemler açıklanmıştır. Uygulama kısmında, ilk olarak hastanenin müşteriler için önem taşıyan kritik kalite karakteristikleri (CTQ) belirlenmiş ve temel hizmet haritası SIPOC oluşturulmuştur. Sonra teorik kısımda anlatılan üç proje seçim tekniği, belirlenen üç projenin seçimi için uygulanmış ve sonuçlar karşılaştırılmıştır.
其他摘要：Six sigma method is widely used for the manufacturing sector, the service industry is also being used successfully in recent years. Especially in the banking and insurance sectors, six sigma method is widely used, both in our country and the world began to be used in health care establishments. Measurement of the components of the service sector as well as the manufacturing sector is not easy, but the difficulties can be overcome with new approaches. The purpose of this study, the service sector, a hospital will allow the selection of the correct methods of six sigma projects to implement and evaluate the results. Theoretical part of the study, the roles of six sigma and six sigma project selection methods commonly used are described. In the application part, be the first hospital in critical quality characteristics that are important to customers (CTQ) and the basic service set SIPOC map was created. After three project selection technique applied for the selection of projects and the results were compared.
