摘要：Bu çalışmada, rol çatışmasının ve rol belirsizliğinin tükenmişlik ve iş doyumu üzerindeki etkileri, Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi, İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi’nde (D.E.Ü. İ.İ.B.F.) görev yapan 71 araştırma görevlisi üzerinde gerçekleştirilen bir araştırma ile incelenmiştir. Bu doğrultuda, değişkenler arasındaki neden-sonuç ilişkilerini incelemek üzere bir model kurulmuş ve modeli test etmek için yol (path) analizinden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, rol çatışmasının ve rol belirsizliğinin, tükenmişliğin duygusal yorgunluk ve duyarsızlaşma boyutlarını artırmak suretiyle iş doyumunu azalttığı; dolayısıyla, tükenmişliğin, gerek rol çatışması ile iş doyumu gerekse rol belirsizliği ile iş doyumu arasında aracılık etkisinin bulunduğu saptanmıştır.
其他摘要：In this study, the effects of role conflict and role ambiguity on burnout and job satisfaction are examined with a survey whose respondents are 71 research assistants working in the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Dokuz Eylül University. Therefore, a model was developed in order to determine the cause-effect relationships among variables and the path analysis was utilized to test the model. According to the results of this study, it was determined that role conflict and role ambiguity reduce job satisfaction by means of increasing the emotional exhaustion and depersonalization which are burnout dimensions, and thus there is mediating effect of burnout between role conflict-job satisfaction and role ambiguity-job satisfaction.
