摘要：Bu çalışma taklid kavramı bağlamında ele alınan mezhepler arasında intikâl meselesini incelemektedir. İntikâl, mukallidin bir meselede kendi imamı dışında bir imamı taklid etmesini ifade eden kavramdır. Bu çalışmanın hedeŞ intikâl kavramını tanımlamak, intikâl için ileri sürülen şartları tespit etmek ve bu kavram temelinde bir mezhebe intisabın çerçevesini çizmeye çalışan fakihlerin yaklaşımlarını belirlemektir. Zira intikâl kavramına yönelik tartışmalar fıkıh âlimlerinin mezhep tasavvurlarının ortaya çıkarılması cihetinden önem arz etmektedir
其他摘要：This study examines the issue of the transition (intiqal) in between sects in the context of the concept of imitation. The concept of transition is referred to muqallid who imitate someone other than his own imam. The goal of this study is to deŞne the concept of transition, determine the terms and conditions set forth for the transition and trying to determine the understanding of faqihs who are trying to draw framework of becoming member of a sect (intisab) on the basis of this concept.
