其他摘要：The willingness of the two contractors is something intangible, an external visage should be expressed to give the agreement its lawful force. Vocalization is considered the main arbiter, as it is a clear means of communication. However, this did not hinder humans from utilizing other means, excluding vocal expression, due to the need or offered choice at the moment of contraction. Hence, the indicators of expressing will are diversified and abundant. One of these means is the Current Status. The main purpose of this research is to deal with this indicator. It starts by defining what is willingness, the means of expressing it and how the Current Status is related to these indicators. The article then will deal with the differences between the direct expressiveness and the expressiveness of the Current Status. The article explains the proof upon which scholars gave importance to Current Status. To the end, the article focuses on the impact of the Current Statues in Trade Dealings.
