摘要：Çalışmada Fransız işgalinden sonra Cezayirli göçmenlerin Biladü’ş-Şam’a dönük en önemli göçlerinden biri olup halk direnişinin 1847 yılında başarısızlığa uğramasının ardından ortaya çıkan hicret hareketi ele alınmaktadır. Biladü’ş-Şam’a dönük ilk toplu göç sayılan bu faaliyetin meydana gelmesinde dönemin şartları ve bir dizi sebep etkili olmuş, onun işleyişine ve devamlılığını belirlemiştir. Böylelikle kritik bir önem kazanan söz konusu aktivite üzerinde çok çeşitli hesaplar yapılmıştır. Eski Osmanlı toprağı olan Cezayir’den başka bir Osmanlı mülküne taşınmaları sebebiyle muhacirler, İmparatorluğun belgelerinin de vurguladığı şekilde mahalli idarelerden hoş ve sıcak bir karşılama, merkezi otoriden kabul görmüşlerdir. Bu çerçevede araştırmada iskan edilme, maddi yardımlar sunulması, devlet ve kanuna bağlılık sözü alınması benzeri Osmanlı devlet adamları ve memurlarınca yürütülen icraatlar temelinde göçmenlerin yerleştirilmesi ve kendilerine vatandaşlık verilmesi sürecinin incelenmesi ve açıklanması hedeflenmektedir.
其他摘要：This study covered one of the most important Algerian immegrations to the Levent after the French colonization of Algeria, exactly after the fall of the Organised Resistance in 1847 AD, this immigration is consiered the first mass imigration to the Levent, while it was accompanied by a collection of surrounding circumstances and reasons that led not just to it’s occurrence and continuation, but to dangerous developments to be reckoned with after that. And as they traveled from the Ottoman property to another Ottoman property as the Ottoman documents show, the immigrants had a special welcoming from the Ottoman local authorities and the acceptance of the central authority, and in this frame and according to the treatment that they were welcomed with by the Ottoman officials this study will clarify the the essential procedures related to their settlement in the land, which included housing and offering financial aid after having guarantees that they will keep the Ottoman dependency and abide by the laws of the state.
