摘要：Teknolojik gelişmeler bireysel ve toplumsal alanda etkisini göstermektedir. Bu durumun toplumsal yapının oluşmasında önemli rolü olan okulları da etkilediği görülmektedir. Teknolojik gelişmelerin getirdiği bir sonuç olarak İnternet kavramı ortaya çıkmıştır. 70’li yıllarda ABD’den yayılmaya başlayan bu önemli teknolojik gelişme insanların evinde, iş yerinde kullanılabilir bir hale gelmiştir. İnternetin ve beraberinde sosyal medya iletişim araçlarının bireylerin eğitiminde olumlu veya olumsuz yönde etkilerinin olması kaçınılmazdır. Okullarımızda İnternetin faydalarını artıracak, zararlarını kontrol altına alacak çalışmalar yapılmaya devam edilmektedir. Okullarımız özelinde baktığımızda Fatih projesi kapmasında İnternetin etkin ve verimli kullanılması adına fiber altyapı getirilmiştir. Öğrencilerimizin soru ve sorunlarına kısa zamanda cevap bulabileceği İnternet sınıflarımıza kadar inmiştir. Ayrıca eğitim-öğretim yapan okullarımıza İnternete sınıf ortamında bağlanmak adına akıllı tahtalar takılmış ve takılmaya devam edilmektedir. Okullarda bu doğrultuda teknoloji destekli eğitim-öğretim programları tasarlanmaktadır. Ayrıca genel olarak teknolojinin özelde ise İnternetin ve sosyal medyanın bireysel kullanımından dolayı bireyleri etkilediği bilinen bir durumdur. Bu sebeple İnternet ve sosyal medyanın eğitsel nitelikleri üzerine araştırmaların olduğu görülmektedir. Sosyal medyayı ve İnterneti öğrencilerin eğitimine pozitif yönde katkı yapabilecek bir mecra haline getirmek için çalışmalar yapılması gereklidir. Bu araştırmanın amacı İnternet ve sosyal medyanın eğitsel yönden kullanımına yönelik çalışmaların değerlendirilmesidir. Bu araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada amaçlı örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. İnternetin eğitsel amaçlar doğrultusunda kullanımı üzerine yapılan araştırmalar arasından lisansüstü tezler örneklem olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu amaçla alanla ilgili tezler ve makaleler analiz edilmiştir. Sonuçlar incelendiğinde İnternete ve sosyal medyaya eğitsel nitelikler kazandırılabilmesi, İnternet bağımlılığının cinsiyet yönünden farklılaşması gibi konuların ön plana çıktığı görülmüştür.

As a result of technological developments, the concept of İnternet has emerged. This important technological development, spreading from the US in the 70s, has become available to people around the world at home and at work. It is inevitable that the İnternet and the social media communication tools that it brings will have positive or negative contributions to human education. In our schools, studies to control the damages that will increase the benefits of the İnternet continue to be carried out rapidly. When we look at our schools, fiber infrastructure has been introduced in order to use the İnternet effectively and efficiently in the conquest of Fatih project. We have reached our İnternet media classes where our students can find answers in a short time. In addition, smart boards have been installed and continue to be installed on the İnternet in order to be able to access the İnternet in the classroom environment. In this direction, technology-supported education programs are designed in schools. In addition, it is known that technology in general affects the individuals due to individual usage of İnternet and social media in particular. Due to these characteristics, it is seen that there are researches on educational qualities of İnternet and social media. It is necessary to carry out studies to make social media and the İnternet a medium that can contribute positively to the education of students. The aim of this study is to evaluate the educational use of İnternet and social media. In this research, document analysis, one of the qualitative research methods, was used. Purposeful sampling method was used in the research. Among the researches on the use of the İnternet for educational purposes, graduate theses were selected as samples. For this purpose, theses and articles related to the field were analyzed. For this purpose, theses and articles related to the field were analyzed. The results are important in terms of providing educational qualifications to the İnternet and social media.
