摘要：Lâle Devri hem edebiyatçıların hem de tarihçilerin üzerinde araştırma yaptığı ilginç bir süreçtir. Bu on iki yıllık tarih dilimi pek çok yönü ile hâlâ aydınlatılamamıştır. Özellikle bu devrin bir “yeniden diriliş çabası mı” yoksa “çöküş sebebi mi” olduğu hususunda tartışmalar devam etmektedir. Elimizdeki Fâiz Efendi ve Şâkir Bey Mecmuası bu konuda son derece sübjektif birtakım yorumları içeren bir şiir mecmuasıdır. Bu mecmua, özellikle günü gününe, devrin şiirlerini not etmesi yönünden önemlidir. III. Ahmed ve Nevşehirli Damat İbrahim Paşa için yazılan yüzlerce şiiri bu eser kayıt altına almıştır. Fâiz Efendi ve Şâkir Bey bu mecmuayı birlikte oluşturmuşlar ve adeta dönemin olaylarının o gün nasıl yorumlandığını tespit etmişlerdir. Bu mecmuada tespit ettiğimiz pek çok şiir, Lâle Devri’nde gerçekleşen önemli savaşlar üzerinedir. Bu yıllarda yapılan İran savaşları adeta adım adım şiirlerle anlatılmış; savaşların şairler ve halk üzerindeki etkisi ortaya konmuştur. İran ve Azerbaycan sahasındaki önemli başarıların altı çizilen bu tarih manzumelerine son beyitlerinde düşülen ebcedli tarihler ile ayrı bir anlam ve işlev yüklenmiştir. Bu manzumelerin sonunda düşülen ebcedli tarihler, edebiyatçıların ve tarihçilerin tekrar ele almaları gereken en ilginç ve önemli unsurlardan biridir. Öznel bir bakış açısı ile de olsa Osmanlı-İran savaşlarının ve barışlarının Lâle Devri sürecindeki yansımalarını gözler önüne seren bu şiirler, devrin ünlü şairleri tarafından yazılabildiği gibi adı duyulmamış ve sadece çalışmamızda zikredilen şairler tarafında da yazılabilmiştir. Çalışmamızda, Lâle Devri’ndeki Nemçe Sulhu ve Osmanlı-İran savaşlarının kronolojik sırayla edebî ve ebcedli anlatımları gözler önüne serilecektir.
其他摘要：The Tulip Age is an interesting process that researches both literary and historians. These twelve-year history slices have not yet been elucidated in many ways. Particularly, debates continue as to whether this age is a "resurrection effort" or "the cause of the collapse". Faiz Efendi and Şakir Bey’s Mecmuah is a poem mecmuah (magazine) containing the most subjective comments on this subject. This magazine is especially important for the day of the day, because it notes the poems of those days. Hundreds of poems written for III. Ahmed and Nevşehirli Damat İbrahim Pasha have recorded this work. Faiz Efendi and Şakir Bey formed this magazine together and found out how the events of the period were interpreted that day. Many poems we have identified in this magazine are about the important wars of Tulip Age. The Iranian wars made in these years have been told with poetry almost step by step; The effects of wars on poets and people are revealed. The history of Iranian and Azerbaijan highlighted the important successes of this history because it contains important ebced calculations. The history records of ebced at the end of these columns are one of the most interesting fields that the writers and historians should reconsider. Even with a subjective point of view, these poems, which reveal the process of Tulip Age of the Ottoman-Iranian wars, have not been spoken by the famous poets of the period and can only be written by the poets mentioned in our work. In our work, Tulip Age period will reveal the literary expression of Nemçe Peace Treaty and the Ottoman-Iranian wars in chronological order.
