摘要：Kötü haber bireylerin beklenti halinden daha olumsuz sonuçları olan, mevcut yaşantı ve geleceğine bakış açısına önemli derecede olumsuz yönde etki edecek olan haberdir. Tıp Eğitiminde kötü haber verme konusu , iletişim becerileri eğitim programlarında yer almaktadır. K ötü haber vermenin iyi bir şekilde yapılamaması, hekimin iletişim becerisinin iyi olmaması hastanın memnuniyetini, tedaviye uyumunu, hasta ve yakınlarının sağlık çalışanlarıyla ilişkilerini, hastanın iyileşme sürecini ve yaşam kalitesini olumsuz etkileyen durumları doğurmaktadır Bu çalışmanın amacı, Tıp Eğitiminde iletişim becerileri eğitimlerinde kötü haber verme konusu ile ilgili kavram ve özellikleri açıklamak haberin nasıl verileceğiyle ilgili basamakları gözden geçirmek ve konu hakkında bazı ipuçları sunmaktır.

The topic of breaking bad news in medical education is communication skills in educational programs. The fact that poor communication can not be done well and that the communication skill of the physician is good results in the patient satisfaction, the compliance with the treatment, the relations of the patient and his / her relatives to the health workers, the situation which adversely affects the healing process and quality of life of the patient to explain the relevant concepts and features, to keep an eye on the steps to be taken and to provide some clues about the topic.
