摘要：Günümüzde yararlandığımız sağlık hizmet ve organizasyonunun; sağlıklı yaşama hakkının bütünleyeni olan ve “hasta hakları” olarak tanımlanan haklar göz önünde tutularak yeniden düzenlenmesi gerekmektedir. Bu nedenle sağlık çalışanlarının tüm eğitim süreçlerinde de “hasta hakları” bir ana başlık olarak ele alınmak zorundadır. Bu bağlamda hekimlere verilen temel tıp eğitiminin de “neyi ve kimi hedeflemesi, neleri içermesi, nasıl olması, ne şekilde sunulması” konuları ve bunlara ilişkin uygulamaları hasta hakları gözetilerek yeniden kurgulanmalıdır. Dahası bu süreçlere hizmetin alıcısı sıfatıyla hasta ve yakınlarının da katkı ve katılımları söz konusu olmalıdır.

For this reason the education period of all health officers, the " patient rights" is necessary to be considered as one of the basic headline. In consideration with this; basic health education moduls and the performances are also supposed to be re-programmed by the evaluation of the targets (who), the contents (what), and the presentation (how).
