摘要:The article presents an analysis of the problem of career management of public servants in the context of public administration reform in Ukraine. The results of the evaluation of public administration reform are presented and the factors contributing to the successful career of public servants are described, in particular professionalism, motivation, mobility, qualification, etc. Today, every state body is based on the principle of bureaucracy. For the effective management of society, the state is important personnel who make up the bureaucracy. A civil servant is able to effectively manage only if he occupies "his" place in terms of professional and personal qualities, has the necessary resources for work and enjoys work. The inefficiency of the system of professional career management of public servants is stated, attention is focused on such problems as: unwillingness of staff to model professional careers, misunderstanding of group dynamics processes, including mechanisms of interaction and leadership in professional groups, etc. It is shown that the presence of various theoretical approaches to the concept of "career" is expressed in its fullness of different components. The career combines such areas of activity as: improving the level of professional, personal, cultural development, various and diverse activities for self-presentation, self-promotion, formation, strengthening, maintaining all the necessary relationships that contribute to real internal growth. was noticeable and noticed and appropriately evaluated among employees, and reflected in the form of external growth (promotion, remuneration, etc.). Full career development is practically impossible without the assistance of a career environment aimed at providing the necessary conditions for growth and realization of the growing potential of the individual.
