摘要：Development of self-assurance, improvement of interpersonal communication, development of the sense of security, an opportunity to share one’s experiences and ideas, as well as cooperation and interaction, which supplant rivalry and competition are just a few benefits resulting from working with the problem methods for the pupils. We have discussed the issue of benefits for both pupils and teachers resulting from working with the problem methods and the diagnosis of skills of the teachers of early education in the field of applying problem methods in their work with the pupils. The basic method applied during the study was diagnostic survey. The main technique of collecting data was the questionnaire survey, which was used to collect opinions of teachers from selected schools in Poland. In the second part of the analysis of research we present the profits for teachers working with problem methods. Remarks provided by teacher-respondents reveal very conscious attitude of the teachers, who understand the principles of permanent education and challenges they have to face in their work. The questionnaire of the survey was drawn up specifically for the conducted study.
