摘要：O presente artigo buscou-se analisar a influência que a mídia exerce nas decisões do Tribunal do Júri, mediante o consumo direto sob formas de comunicação, manifestações sociais de intolerância gerados pelos excessos de informações, noticiários delitivos, como também, os desequilíbrios na publicidade dos processos penais e prematuras resoluções nos tribunais. Considerando a origem do Tribunal do Júri no ordenamento jurídico brasileiro, sua organização, os jurados e suas funções, este trabalho defende a ideia da pressão que é exercida pela interferência mediática nos conflitos inerentes ao direito do acusado perante o imparcial julgamento do Conselho de Sentença.
其他摘要：This study it works under the hypothesis of the existence of an improper one stains of
the impartiality of the juries, in the scope of the rite of the Court of the Jury, decurrently
of the influence exerted for the media in cases of bigger social. One searches to make
survey on the models of courts of the jury, under target of the comparative
jurisprudence as well as an analysis of the feeds in our procedure that, eventually, they
would allow to this influence of the opinion and public judgments in a procedural rite,
ahead of the principles and guarantees of the defendant. It is defended, therefore, the
lack of procedural instruments in our system that allows to a maintenance of a minimum impartiality of the juries front to the such pressures brought for eventual journalistic
spectacles.
