摘要：Based on the experience of Ferrari's city of Maranello (near Bologna in Italy) this paper analyses the implementation of a set of methodologies of the process of strategic visioning and control for sustainability. The research is based on primary and secondary data. To our knowledge, before this work, in international literature, there is a lack of study on strategic vision and planning and control of Ferrari’s city of Maranello, and the paper suggests a new practical framework for the strategic vision and implementation and control for sustainability can be applied also to other organization and cities.
