摘要：En este texto se muestran los resultados de un proceso de intervención con jóvenes de pandillas de los barrios marginales de Cali (Colombia) basado en la filosofía de la justicia restaurativa. El diseño de la intervención se apoyó en una investigación previa sobre aspectos culturales de la violencia pandillera, que identificó el sistema cultural del honor como una narrativa que da significado a los conflictos, la violencia y la muerte en estos jóvenes, más allá de las causas objetivas. Las características del sistema del honor arrojan luces sobre la psicología del pandillero y permitieron entonces, orientar una terapéutica de las conductas violentas centrada en tres objetivos: pasar de la heteronomía a autonomía, pasar de la construcción imaginaria del enemigo al reconocimiento del otro y salir del aislamiento social y reconocerse como ciudadano.
其他摘要：In this text there appear the results of a process of intervention with young women of gangs of the marginal neighborhoods of Cali (Colombia) based on the philosophy of the restorative justice. The design of the intervention rested on a previous investigation on cultural aspects of the violence pandillera, that identified the cultural system of the honor as a narrative that gives meaning to the conflicts, the violence and the death in these young persons, beyond the objective reasons. The characteristics of the system of the honor throw lights on the psychology of the racketeer and they allowed then, to orientate a therapeutics of the violent conducts centred on three aims: to go on from the heteronomía to autonomy, to go on from the imaginary construction of the enemy to the recognition from other one and to go out of the social isolation and to be recognized as citizen.
