摘要：El presente artículo de naturaleza teórica, tuvo por objetivo analizar la responsabilidad social empresarial (RSE) desde los postulados de la teoría institucional (TI), con el propósito de comprender y explicar el proceso de legitimidad que procuran las organizaciones ante los diversos grupos de interés con quienes se relaciona. En tal sentido y derivado que el entorno ejerce presiones en aquellas, los diseños y procesos internos deben adecuarse haciendo uso de isomorfismos coercitivos, normativos o miméticos de cara a conseguir el referido propósito. Partiendo entonces de estas categorías, el marco conceptual desarrollado contribuyó a facilitar la comprensión del fenómeno de la responsabilidad social empresarial bajo el enfoque institucional desde la perspectiva sociológica, abordando la temática sobre distintas dimensiones y señalando algunas evidencias que puntualmente para el caso venezolano, reafirman el proceso isomórfico.
其他摘要：The present theoretical article aimed to analyze corporate social responsibility (CSR) from the standpoint of institutional theory (IT), with the purpose of understanding and explaining the process of legitimacy that organizations seek before different interest groups With whom he relates. In that sense and derived that the environment exerts pressures in those, the internal designs and processes must be adapted making use of coercive, normative or mimetic isomorphisms in order to achieve the said purpose. Based on these categories, the conceptual framework developed contributed to facilitate the understanding of the phenomenon of corporate social responsibility under the institutional approach from sociological perspective, addressing the issue of different dimensions and pointing out some evidence that, in a timely manner for the Venezuelan case, reaffirm the isomorphic process.
