  • 摘要:With the dramatically technological advancements, heavy dependency on data, and advanced communication technology big data has the fueling capacity for the revolution of the world to the electronic world. It gives us a delusion that data after certain size is predicted as Big Data. Depending upon the capacity of a firm, big data is defined in terms of system capacity. With the increasing importance of big data, plenty of challenges are faced by the firms. Firm leaders and HR department are failed to brace the capacity of professionals in merging HR related data with other determinants. The aim of this research paper is to highlight the role and uses of Big Data and its innovatory changes in the field of human resource management.
