摘要：Há vários estudos no campo da pesquisa sobre portos. No entanto, existem lacunas na pesquisa sobre questões relacionadas aos custos logísticos portuários, principalmente em relação aos gastos incorridos pelas indústrias que utilizam os portos para movimentar e escoar seus produtos. Neste contexto, o objetivo deste estudo é mapear os custos logísticos e calcular um indicador de gastos incorridos para utilização de serviços portuários, para analisar a participação destes no contexto do custo logístico total. Por meio de um estudo multicasos foram levantados dados reais sobre os custos logísticos de um grupo de indústrias que utilizam os serviços portuários. Os resultados obtidos demonstram que, para algumas empresas, os custos portuários incorridos representam mais de 30% dos custos logísticos totais. Que a diferença entre os gastos portuários de uma empresa para outra pode ser substancial. Testes estatísticos de correlação não permitiram estabelecer relação entre os custos logísticos portuários incorridos e os locais de destino dos produtos.
其他摘要：There are several studies in the field of port research. However, there are gaps in the rese-arch on port logistics costs, mainly about the expenses incurred by the industries that use the ports to move their products. In this context, the objective of this study is to map logistics costs and calculate an indicator of expenses incurred to use port services to analyze their participation in the context of total logistic cost. Through a multi-stakeholder study, real data were collected on the logistic costs of a group of companies that use port services. The results show that, for some companies, the port costs incurred represent more than 30% of the total logistical costs. The difference between port costs from one company to another can be substantial. Statistical correlation tests did not establish a relationship between the logistics costs incurred by the port and the destination of the products.
