摘要：Nas áreas urbanas o processo de coleta de material reciclável acontece por meio das cooperativas de catadores. Os catadores de materiais recicláveis atuam como importantes canais de distribuição de logística reversa, a qual se caracteriza como a área da logística empresarial que planeja, opera e controla o fluxo e as informações logísticas correspondentes ao retorno dos bens de pós-venda e de pós-consumo ao ciclo de negócios ou ao ciclo produtivo, por meio dos canais de distribuição reversos, agregando-lhes valor de diversas naturezas: econômico, ecológico, legal, logístico, de imagem corporativa, entre outros Os objetivos desta pesquisa são analisar a criação de valor econômico, social e ambiental dos canais de logística reversa pós-consumo utilizando o “ Triple Layer Business Model Canvas (TLBMC) ” e quais são os benefícios para a logística reversa do acordo entre as cooperativas, empresas e associações de fabricantes. A abordagem qualitativa será utilizada nesta pesquisa, e o método a ser empregado é o estudo de caso múltiplos, onde serão considerados mais de um objeto de estudo, com caráter exploratório e descritivo. Os objetivos foram alcançados, as principais características sociais, ambientais e econômicos foram registradas.
其他摘要：In urban areas the process of collecting recyclable material takes place through the collectors' cooperatives. Recyclable waste collectors act as important reverse logistics distribution channels, which is characterized as the area of business logistics that plans, operates and controls the flow and logistical information corresponding to the return of after-sales and after- consumption to the business cycle or to the production cycle, through the reverse distribution channels, adding them value of several natures: economic, ecological, legal, logistic, corporate image, among others The objectives of this research are to analyze the creation of value economic, social and environmental aspects of post-consumer reverse logistics channels using the "Triple Layer Business Model Canvas (TLBMC)" and what are the benefits to the reverse logistics of the agreement between cooperatives, companies and manufacturers' associations. The qualitative approach will be used in this research, and the method to be employed is the multiple case study, where more than one object of study will be considered, with an exploratory and descriptive character. The objectives were achieved, the main social, environmental and economic characteristics were recorded.
