摘要：Murcia (1623-1627). A partir de la documentación de archivo, se desgranan los diferentes componentes de la reforma del trascoro catedralicio patrocinada por el obispo Antonio Trejo (1575-1635), arquitectura, escultura y reliquias, y se relacionan con su embajada en Roma por mandato de Felipe III. En último lugar, se interpreta el significado de la construcción como memorial del obispo Trejo.
其他摘要：This article analyzes the construction and decoration of the chapel of the Immaculate Conception in the Cathedral of Murcia (1623-1627). Using documentary evidences, it reassembles the different components of the reform of the Cathedral’s retrochoir sponsored by Bishop Antonio Trejo (1575-1635), architecture, sculpture and relics, and connects the chapel with Trejo’s diplomatic mission in Rome by mandate of Philip III. Finally, the building is interpreted as the memorial of Bishop Trejo.
