摘要：The artistic abilities’ development is considered as the spiritual and creative development of an individual. The structure of the artistic abilities and the psychological and pedagogical conditions of their development are analyzed. The structure and content of the technology for the abilities, principles, methods and conditions development for its implementation are considered. The innovative technology content for the development of the bachelors’ artistic abilities is described, where the abilities turn into strengths and abilities of an individual.
