摘要：The article deals with the development of a motivation system, which includes different elements of motivation for the university staff. The article clarifies the concept of “socio-psychological motivation”, identifies factors that influence labor motivation. To test the hypothesis, the author has presented the project to increase the socio-psychological motivation in the professional activities of the academic teaching staff, which can be applied at university.
