摘要：O objetivo deste estudo visa identificar os sentimentos e as reações mais frequentes das mães que vivenciaram a perda gestacional, e compreender a contribuição de medicamentos psicotrópicos para as mulheres frente ao processo de luto contido. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa de literatura, com abordagem qualitativa, realizada por meio da buscativa de artigos indexados na Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), com o auxílio das seguintes bases de dados: Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO), National Center for Biotechnology Information (PUBMED), Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), Base de Dados de Enfermagem (BDENF), e Periódicos Eletrônicos em Psicologia (PEPSIC). Os critérios de inclusão compreendem pesquisas de revisão da literatura disponíveis nos bancos de dados descritos, compreendidos entre os anos de 2010 a 2020. Como critérios de exclusão, não foram considerados artigos mediante a recompensação monetária, incompletos e não convergentes com este estudo. Para o levantamento dos dados e composição deste estudo, foram analisados 11 artigos. Os resultados constatam os sentimentos mais frequentes de mulheres em luto contido após a perda gestacional, e a implementação do uso de medicamento psicotrópicos para lidar com a vivência do luto. Assim, concluímos que, os sentimentos e as reações destas mulheres frente ao processo de luto, as fases do luto, a exteriorização das diversas emoções perturbadoras, resulta na busca por medicamentos psicotrópicos para amenizar as sensações vivenciadas neste processo.
其他摘要：The aim of this study is to identify the most frequent feelings and reactions of mothers who experienced pregnancy loss, and to understand the contribution of psychotropic drugs to women in the face of the contained mourning process. It is an integrative literature review, with a qualitative approach, carried out by searching for articles indexed in the Virtual Health Library (VHL), with the help of the following databases: Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO), National Center for Biotechnology Information (PUBMED), Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS), Nursing Database (BDENF), and Electronic Journals in Psychology (PEPSIC). The inclusion criteria include literature review surveys available in the databases described, between the years 2010 to 2020. As exclusion criteria, articles were not considered for monetary compensation, incomplete and not converging with this study. To survey the data and composition of this study, 11 articles were analyzed. The results show the most frequent feelings of women in mourning contained after the pregnancy loss, and the implementation of the use of psychotropic drugs to deal with the experience of mourning. Thus, we conclude that the feelings and reactions of these women in the face of the grieving process, the phases of grief, the externalization of the various disturbing emotions, result in the search for psychotropic drugs to alleviate the sensations experienced in this process.
