摘要：O uso de substâncias psicoativas, principalmente o álcool, têm sido uma constante na vida do ser humano. Objetivo: Neste artigo, o objetivo foi compreender a produção científica da enfermagem brasileira sobre os cuidados destinados a pessoas com problemas relacionados ao uso abusivo do álcool. Método: Utilizou-se o método de revisão integrativa de literatura, considerando suas seis etapas. Resultado: Acessando as bases de dados Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), Base de Dados de Enfermagem (BDENF) e Scientific Eletronic Library Online (SciELO), período entre março e agosto de 2019, foram selecionados 12 artigos. Conclusão: O uso do álcool marca a relação entre os seres humanos, estando presente em diferentes contextos, com objetivos e motivações em diversas formas.
其他摘要：The use of psychoactive substances, mainly alcohol, has been a constant in human life. Objective: In this article, the objective was to understand the scientific production of Brazilian nursing on care for people with problems related to alcohol abuse. Method: The integrative literature review method was used, considering its six stages. Result: Accessing the databases Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS), Nursing Database (BDENF) and Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), period between March and August 2019, 12 were selected articles. Conclusion: The use of alcohol marks the relationship between human beings, being present in different contexts, with objectives and motivations in different ways.
