摘要：Analisar as evidências científicas acerca das atribuições do enfermeiro no rastreamento do câncer de colo do útero em pacientes atendidas na Unidade Básica de Saúde. O estudo trata de uma revisão bibliográfica do método revisão integrativa da literatura, realizado no mês de outubro de 2020. A busca efetuou-se, através da Plataforma da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde - BVS, utilizando as bases de dados LILACS, BDENF, MEDLINE, IBECS, e por meio do Portal Google Acadêmico, aderindo-se através dos descritores: “Cuidados de enfermagem”, “Pacientes”, “Câncer de colo do útero”, “Unidade Básica de Saúde”, cruzados com o operador boleando “AND”. É necessário que o enfermeiro tenha uma visão holística, realizando o seu trabalho de forma humanizada e integral. Assim, o controle do câncer de colo de útero está sujeito a ações voltadas para a saúde, prevenção do câncer e qualidade de vida, assim o enfermeiro intervém nessas ações e outras como as visitas domiciliares e a consulta de enfermagem de forma humanizada e integralizada. A enfermagem tem um papel imprescindível na prevenção do câncer de colo de útero, identificando as populações de alto risco, desenvolvendo ações de planejamento, controle e supervisão de programas de educação e prevenção, e assim contribuindo para um diagnóstico precoce da doença.
其他摘要：Analyze the scientific evidence about the nurse's duties in the screening of cervical cancer in patients seen at the Basic Health Unit. The study deals with a bibliographic review of the integrative literature review method, carried out in October 2020. The search carried out through the Virtual Health Library Platform - VHL, using the databases LILACS, BDENF, MEDLINE, IBECS, and through the Google Scholar Portal, adhering to the descriptors: “Nursing care”, “Patients "," Cervical cancer "," Basic Health Unit ", crossed with the operator by typing" AND ". It is necessary for nurses to have a holistic view, performing their work in a humanized and integral way. Thus, the control of cervical cancer is subject to actions aimed at health, cancer prevention and quality of life, so the nurse intervenes in these actions and others such as home visits and nursing consultation in a humanized and integrated way. Nursing has an essential role in the prevention of cervical cancer, identifying high-risk populations, developing actions for planning, controlling and supervising education and prevention programs, and thus contributing to an early diagnosis of the disease.
