摘要：O objetivo deste trabalho foi demonstrar os tipos de tratamento e intervenção de enfermagem para a Doença de Fabry através dos estudos já realizados e publicados na literatura. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa, de natureza qualitativa, que utilizou artigos disponibilizados na Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde, especificamente nas bases de dados da Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde e Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online, no período de maio de 2016 a junho de 2016. Os descritores utilizados foram: “cuidado de enfermagem”, “doença renal”, “Fabry disease”, “Nursing care”. Foram encontrados 42 artigos. Após os critérios de exclusão, obtiveram-se como amostra final 16 artigos, agrupados de acordo com o autor, ano de publicação, título, objetivo, tipo de estudo e resultados. Os textos encontrados foram lidos, organizados e sintetizados na categoria temática: Cuidados de enfermagem aos pacientes diagnosticados com doença de Fabry. Através da análise dos estudos foi possível verificar que a Doença de Fabry é complexa e demanda tratamento específico, sendo o enfermeiro um profissional atuante e importante neste aspecto.
其他摘要：The objective of this work was to demonstrate the types of treatment and nursing intervention for Fabry's Disease through studies already carried out and published in the literature. It is an integrative review, of a qualitative nature, which used articles available in the Virtual Health Library, specifically in the databases of Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences and Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online, in the period from May 2016 to June 2016. The descriptors used were: “nursing care”, “kidney disease”, “Fabry disease”, “Nursing care”. 42 articles were found. After the exclusion criteria, 16 articles were obtained as a final sample, grouped according to the author, year of publication, title, objective, type of study and results. The texts found were read, organized and synthesized in the thematic category: Nursing care for patients diagnosed with Fabry disease. Through the analysis of the studies it was possible to verify that Fabry's disease is complex and demands specific treatment, with nurses being an active and important professional in this aspect.
