摘要：This article analyzes the concept of the term "judicial ethics", its differentiation from"judicial ethics". The article deals with the peculiarities of legal regulation of compliance with ethics by judges in their professional activities and at home. Statistical data and materials of disciplinary practices against judges for violation of ethics of behavior are studied, with the results of a review of such practices by the Higher qualification Board of judges of the Russian Federation. In the end, the author made conclusions on the prevention of violations of judicial ethics and improving disciplinary practices for these offenses.
