摘要：After a first review of the French adjective from Antiquity to the traditional grammars in Syntactic-semantic retrospective of the French adjective I, this second article presents a continuation of the retrospective throughout the 20th and 21th centuries. Different grammatical works define, classify and exemplify the French adjective from different syntactic and semantic points of view, paying special attention to the types of adjectives and their functions in the sentence.
