摘要：This paper presents the authors’ reflections about their shared teaching experience on the Curricular Component Public Policies and ethnic-racial relations (Postgraduate Program on Teaching and Ethnic-racial relations, Universidade Federal do Sul da Bahia). It discusses the main dilemma and challenges faced, presenting methodological choices and theoretical references regarding public policies, race and ethnicity, considering the educational policies designed to fight against racism. This presentation adopts experience report and bibliographical research. It concludes that shared teaching favoured horizontality, dialogue and reflexivity aimed at studying such relations.
