摘要：The purpose of this article is to analyze the evolution of the Federal University of Pernambuco in terms of efficiency, efficacy and effectiveness in the Performance Indicators of Tribunal de Contas da União from 2000 to 2017. The methodology used was quantitative with making of graphs and analysis using the linear regression technique. It was verified that UFPE, despite the economic challenges, with the reduction of financial resources and a unstable scenario, that the institution has obtained a favorable performance in its efficiency, efficacy and effectiveness, through the analysis developed to the Court of Auditors of the Union.
