摘要：Üniversitelerdeki teorik eğitimlerin kalıcı olması ve bu eğitimin gerçek iş yaşamında uygulanabilmesi için mesleki uygulama, öğrencilerin eğitim hayatında önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Bu nedenle çalışma, mesleki uygulama yapan sağlık yönetimi bölümü öğrencilerinin mesleki uygulama beklentilerini karşılama derecesinin, kariyer motivasyonları üzerindeki etkisini incelemek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada, 5 üniversitenin mesleki uygulamaya katılan 305 sağlık yönetimi bölümü öğrencisine tanımlayıcı sorular, mesleki uygulama beklentilerini karşılama derecesi ile ilgili sorular ve Kariyer Motivasyonu Ölçeği’nin yer aldığı anket formu uygulanmıştır. Çalışmada örneklem seçimine gidilmeyip çalışma evrenine ulaşılmaya çalışılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde; ortalama, standart sapma, t ve ANOVA testi, faktör analizi, korelasyon ve regresyon analizinden yararlanılmıştır. Mesleki uygulama beklentilerini karşılama derecesi ile cinsiyet, yaş ve öğrenim görülen üniversite değişkenleri karşılaştırıldığında aralarında anlamlı bir fark bulunmuştur (p<0,05). Kariyer motivasyonunun kimlik alt boyutu ile cinsiyet grupları arasında da anlamlı bir fark bulunmuştur (p<0,05). Mesleki uygulama beklentilerini karşılama derecesi ile kariyer motivasyonu arasında “orta düzeyde” (r=0,373; p<0,01) anlamlı ve pozitif bir ilişki saptanmıştır. Mesleki uygulama beklentilerini karşılama derecesi, kariyer motivasyonundaki değişimin ’ünü açıklamaktadır. Sonuç olarak, öğrencilerin eğitim sürecinde yapmış olduğu mesleki uygulama ile mesleği konusunda bilgi, beceri ve tecrübe kazanımları ve mesleki bakış açısı, onların kariyer hedeflerini ve kariyer planları yapabilmeleri için gereken kariyer motivasyonunu sağlamaktadır.
其他摘要：Professional practice has an important place in the education life of the students in order to ensure that the theoretical education in universities is permanent and can be applied in real business life. Therefore, in the study, it is aimed to examine the effect of the degree of fulfilment of the expectations of professional practice by the students of health management department who perform a professional practice, on career motivation. In the study, the questionnaire form, which includes descriptive questions, questions about the degree of fulfilment of the expectations of professional practice, and the Career Motivation Scale, is applied to 305 health management students who participated in the professional practice from 5 universities. Instead of sampling, the universe is tried to be reached in the study. In the analysis of the data, mean, standard deviation, t and ANOVA tests, factor analysis, correlation and regression analysis are used. When the degree of fulfilment of professional practice expectations and the gender, age and university variables are compared, a significant difference is determined (p<0.05). A significant difference is found between the identity sub-dimension of the career motivation and gender groups (p<0,05). There is a moderately significant (r=0.373; p<0.01) and positive relationship between the degree of fulfilment of professional practice expectations and career motivation. The degree of fulfilment of professional practice expectations explains 14% of the change in career motivation. As a result, the students' knowledge, skills and experience gained through the professional practice they have made during the education process and the professional perspective provide career motivation for their career goals and career plans.
