摘要：Although persistent granulation tissue continues to be a well-recognized complication of wound healing, the incidence of episiotomy scar granulation tissue is unknown, and reports are rare. Herein, we present a case of multiple hypertrophied and polypoidal granulation tissue of a large size at the site of episiotomy scar treated with surgical excision and the recovery was uneventful with excellent results.
