The possibilities of practical application of the methodology at different levels of the organization of the economy are revealed The most powerful distorting effects arising from the redistribution of incomes created by market participants that do not correspond to their role in economic processes, due to a violation of the proportions of reproduction, the formation of incentives to obtain nonmarket income are highlighted.
