摘要：In order to discuss the factors that affect the regulation behavior of railway technical regulations and perfect the regulation mode, a game model with CRG, railway bureau and railway station as the main body of regulation is constructed. The results show that the intensity and cost of rewards and punishments have an impact on the railway technical regulations and supervision system.
