摘要：This study is aimed at analyzing hotel enterprises in the Rostov region and identifying the main approaches to ensuring environmental safety; recommendations for the implementation of environmental innovations in hotel enterprises are proposed, which can significantly reduce the negative impact on human health and the environment.
