摘要：Este artículo tiene como objetivo analizar las notas y opiniones emitidas por los Consejos Universitarios de las Instituciones Federales de Educación Superior (IFES) de Minas Gerais sobre los Institutos y Universidades Emprendedoras e Innovadoras - Programa FUTURE-SE presentado en 2019. El problema Lo central de la investigación es analizar si el proyecto ya ha sido rechazado o si las universidades presentaron preguntas y sugerencias para una posible aceptación del programa. En cuanto a la metodología, se realizó una investigación cualitativa. Con respecto al objetivo, la investigación se puede clasificar como descriptiva, centrándose en el uso de la investigación basada en la bibliografía y en el análisis de los documentos proporcionados en los sitios web de IFES. Se concluye que la mayoría de los IFES rechazaron o tenían reservas sobre el programa.
其他摘要：This article aims to analyze the notes and opinions issued by the University Councils of the Federal Institutions of Higher Education (FIHE) of Minas Gerais about the Entrepreneurial and Innovative Institutes and Universities - FUTURE-SE Program presented in 2019. The problem what is central to the research is to analyze whether the project has already been rejected or whether the Universities presented questions and suggestions for possible acceptance of the program. As for the methodology, a qualitative research was carried out. Regarding the objective, the research can be classified as descriptive, focusing on the use of bibliographic based research and on the analysis of documents provided on the IFES websites. It is concluded that the majority of the IFES rejected or had reservations about the program.
