摘要：La delincuencia es un tema recurrente y de máxima actualidad en los momentos actuales, donde existe gran protección sobre los menores y también alto índice de conflictividad. Se proyecta su forma alargada en el ámbito educativo, considerando que contribuye a ello excesivamente las confusiones existentes en la forma de educar a los hijos; influyendo de forma muy importante los estilos educativos de las figuras adultas de referencia. El perfil de los menores y jóvenes que infringen la ley en nuestra sociedad ha cambiado de forma considerablemente en los últimos tiempos.

The profile of juveniles, teenagers and young people who break the law in our present society has considerably changed lately.
