摘要：Цель. Цель статьи — исследовать влияние геополитических факторов на обеспечение военной безопасности России в современную эпоху противостояния цивилизаций, когда стратегические цели ведущих мировых держав реализуются и достигаются с учетом геополитических интересов. Для реализации поставленной цели исследуются основные факторы, фундирующие современную систему международной безопасности и международных отношений: структурный кризис однополярного мира, цивилизационное противостояние и связанный с ним рост военной угрозы, аннигиляция национальной идентичности вследствие глобализации, проводимой под эгидой и давлением США. Методы. Методология исследования включает использование диалектического, историко-логического и историко-сравнительного методов, а также конкретно-политологических методов (ситуационный анализ, ивент-анализ, метод экспертной оценки). Результаты. Для оценки влияния современных геополитических факторов на сферу безопасности российского государства в статье рассмотрен современный эволюционный этап эссенциальной природы войны, проходящий на стыке геополитического кризиса, роста военной угрозы, разрушении национальной самоидентичности и цивилизационном противостоянии. Определены также основные факторы, формирующие существующую систему международных отношений и систему мировой безопасности. Выводы. В эпоху цивилизационного противостояния геополитические претензии должны быть должным образом сформулированы и обоснованы. Разрешение существующих противоречий осуществляется ныне, прежде всего, методами информационной войны, но порой и реальными военными действиями, возможность которых должна минимизироваться. В современную эпоху наблюдается качественно новый синтез военных и невоенных, прежде всего, информационно-политических, средств защиты геополитических интересов.

The purpose of the article is to investigate the influence of geopolitical factors on the military security of Russia in the modern era of confrontation between civilizations, when the strategic goals of the leading world powers are implemented and achieved taking into account geopolitical interests. To achieve this goal, we study the main factors that underlie the modern system of international security and international relations: the structural crisis of the unipolar world, the civilizational confrontation and the associated increase in the military threat, the annihilation of national identity due to globalization carried out under the auspices and pressure of the United States. Methods. The research methodology includes the use of dialectical, historical-logical and historical-comparative methods, as well as specific-political methods (situational analysis, event analysis, expert evaluation method). Results. To assess the impact of modern geopolitical factors on the security of the Russian state, the article considers the modern evolutionary stage of the essential nature of war, which takes place at the junction of the geopolitical crisis, the growth of the military threat, the destruction of national identity and civilizational confrontation. The main factors forming the existing system of international relations and the system of world security are also determined. Summary. In the era of civilizational confrontation geopolitical claims must be properly formulated and justified. The resolution of the existing contradictions is carried out now, first of all, by the methods of information warfare, but sometimes by real military actions, the possibility of which should be minimized. In the modern era, there is a qualitatively new synthesis of military and non-military, primarily information and political, means to protect geopolitical interests.
