摘要：Статья посвящена проблемам реализации конкурентных преимуществ России и ее регионов в «эпоху турбулентности». Оценивается вклад нобелевского лауреата А. Дитона в развитие экономической теории и практики, возможность применения его рекомендаций для решения задач выхода из сложнейшей экономической ситуации в современной России. Автором предлагается собственное видение проблемы реализации конкурентных преимуществ, намечаются отдельные приоритеты и цели формируемой Стратегии развития страны до 2030 г.
其他摘要：The article deals with problems of implementation of the competitive advantages of Russia and its regions in the «age of turbulence». The contribution of the Nobel Prize winner A. Deaton to the development of economic theory and practice, the application of its recommendations to solve the problems out of the difficult economic situation in Russia. The author offers his own view of the problem of realization of competitive advantages, outlined some priorities and goals formed the Country Development Strategy till 2030.
