摘要：В фокусе исследования - значение сотрудничества Африки и Азии для развития системы МО на современном этапе. Автор рассматривает возможности этого партнерства на примере взаимодействия африканских государств и ведущих восточноазиатских доноров, выделяя как общие, так и особенные черты политики содействия международному развитию КНР, Республики Корея и Японии.
其他摘要：This article is dedicated to the analyzing of contemporary perspectives of African’ regionalism. The main attention of the study is the importance of cooperation between Africa and Asia at the present stage of development of the system of the International relations. The author offers a comparative analysis of the policies of Japan, China and Korea in the field of international development assistance.
