摘要：В статье впервые раскрыто содержание понятий «информационный суверенитет» и «государственная политика информационного суверенитета», определены основные направления их практической реализации с перспективой законодательного закрепления как неотъемлемой части государственного суверенитета и национальной безопасности Российской Федерации в глобальном мире.
其他摘要：In the article the content of the concepts “information sovereignty” and “state policy of information sovereignty” is first-time disclosed. The main directions of their practical realization with prospect of legislative fixing as integral part of the state sovereignty and national security of the Russian Federation in the global world are defined.
