摘要：W prezentowanym tekście zostanie przedstawiona problematyka hiszpańskiej (kastylijskiej) polityki edukacyjnej wobec Katalonii w czasie dyktatury Francisco Franco. Dyktaturę rozumiem jako narzucanie określonych znaczeń oraz wykluczenie, za pośrednictwem których konstruowana jest tożsamość katalońska. Analizy polityki edukacyjnej wobec Katalonii dokonuję z perspektywy teorii Ernesto Laclau, a relacje między Hiszpanią a Katalonią traktuję jako nieustanną grę partykularne/uniwersalne i walkę o hegemonię. W czasie swojej dyktatury Franco narzucał Katalonii kastylijską partykularność, odrzucając wszelkie elementy katalońskości jako zagrożenie dla jedności narodu. Dyktatura Franco, poprzez opisywaną w tekście politykę szkolną, z jednej strony uniemożliwiała wytworzenie się tożsamości katalońskiej, a z drugiej strony była warunkiem jej istnienia. Tym samym tożsamość kastylijska mogła istnieć dzięki tożsamości katalońskiej i odwrotnie. Ucisk i wykluczanie Katalończyków miały szczególne znaczenie dla emancypacji i procesów, jakie miały miejsce po 1975 roku. Modernizacja działania Czasopisma oraz tłumaczenia na język angielski artykułów Ars Educandi na lata 2012-2017 zostały sfinansowane ze środków Ministerstwa Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego z zadania Działalności Upowszechniającej Naukę (DUN). Zadanie: Wdrożenie modułu redakcyjnego na platformie Uniwersyteckich Czasopism Naukowych - systemu wspomagającego redagowanie i zarządzanie czasopismem naukowym Ars Educandi sfinansowano w ramach umowy 661/P-DUN/2018 z dnia 12.06.2018 ze środków Ministra Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego przeznaczonych na działalność upowszechniającą naukę. Zadanie: Stworzenie nowoczesnej wersji on-line czasopisma Ars Educandi przez wdrożenie modułu publikacyjnego na platformie Uniwersyteckich Czasopism Naukowych oraz obsługę międzynarodowych baz indeksacyjnych sfinansowano w ramach umowy 661/P-DUN/2018 z dnia 12.06.2018 ze środków Ministra Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego przeznaczonych na działalność upowszechniającą naukę. Zadanie: Przygotowanie anglojęzycznej wersji ostatnich 6 roczników (2012-2017) czasopisma naukowego Ars Educandi i ich wydanie w wersji online sfinansowano w ramach umowy 661/P-DUN/2018 z dnia 12.06.2018 ze środków Ministra Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego przeznaczonych na działalność upowszechniającą naukę.
其他摘要：The text deals with the problem of the Spanish (Castilian) educational policy imposed on Catalonia during the dictatorship of Francisco Franco. The dictatorship in this text is understood as an imposition of certain meanings and the exclusion which shaped the Catalan identity. The educational policy aimed at Catalonia is analyzed from the perspective of Ernesto Laclau’s theory, in terms of the relations between Spain and Catalonia treated as a constant particular/universal game and the struggle for hegemony. During the dictatorship, Franco imposed the Castilian particularity, by rejecting elements of the Catalan identity, its being a threat to the unity of the Spanish nation. The dictatorship of Francisco Franco via the usage of school policy on the one hand precluded the formation of the Catalan identity and, on the other hand, was the condition of its existence. Thus, the Castilian identity could exist due to the identity of the Catalan and vice versa. Ipso facto, the oppression and the exclusion of Catalans was particularly significant for their emancipation and processes that took place after 1975.
